Continence Care Clinical Leadership Programme (CLP)

Welcome to the Clinical Leadership Programme (CLP) hub. The educational resources accessible via the CLP have been carefully curated for clinicians working in continence care, who want to learn and grow, with the aim of becoming a confident clinical leader. Here on the hub, you will find a variety of educational resources, for your clinical, business and personal development. With new resources added in these categories each month, there will always be something new to learn.

The CLP hub contains a link for you to join our closed CLP Facebook group of hundreds of clinicians. In the group you can pose questions, access resources, take part in our surveys or simply listen to like-minded peers discussing the myriad of challenges they face. 

The hub also allows you to create a revalidation e-portfolio, where you can keep track of all your learning activity that is required every three years for revalidation by the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Whether completed here or elsewhere, all of your learning evidence can be stored here, and your progress towards meeting revalidation requirements monitored by your e-portfolio dashboard. 

Finally, you can sign up to receive the free CLP newsletter, to receive monthly updates direct to your inbox so you know what is happening in the CLP and in the world of continence care each month.
